They say:
“Large two bar pub located on village green. The basic public bar retains a flagstone floor whilst the more plush lounge bar is also used as a restaurant.” (CAMRA)
“This pub is fab. Lovely location with great food. Seasonal produce used throughout the year. Great game and fantastic home made burgers. Everything is freshly cooked and locally supplied. If you just want a drink, there's lots of tables at the front facing the beautiful village green or a back garden with play area which is enclosed and brilliant for the children. You'll be made to feel welcome, a true gem of a village pub!” (Beer in the Evening)
“I have eaten at the Grundisburgh dog many times and am yet to be disappointed. The chef (who has won awards) has created a menu which focusses on locally sourced seasonal foods. The bar staff are friendly and clearly enjoy working there!” (Trip Adviser)

We say:
We’ve eaten here twice and have been very impressed with the food — a varied menu with dishes well cooked and very well presented. The list of local sources of meat, poultry, fruit and vegetables is very impressive. It was crowded, however — a busy restaurant is a good sign, but sometimes you wish it was quieter!”
